Eligibility for Returns

We have a 30-day return policy on eligible products purchased directly from neox.store.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused or in like-new condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or improper handling may not be eligible for a return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@neoxgoods.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Confirmation that the item is in the same condition as received

  • The reason for your return

Our team will review your request and respond within 48–72 hours with the next steps, including return instructions and the return address if applicable.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In certain cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned, at our discretion.
